How we work
Noah Crowley Asbestos and Designated Substances Consulting is the online name of Noah Crowley Consulting, an independent consultancy covering all 11 of Ontario's designated substances across Windsor-Essex, Chatham-Kent, Sarnia-Lambton and London.
Independence
We never remove or abate anything and take no referral fees. We don't sell the Pre-Work Clearance Pass to abatement contractors, and we don't do clearance on work a Pass holder abates. It's written into every agreement.
One named consultant
You deal with the same person who walks your building, writes your register and answers your pre-work questions. Workplace exposure monitoring is done by or under our qualified occupational hygienist.
How pricing works
Every price includes the lab analysis the service needs, so testing never shows up as a surprise line. Results come back within 1 week, and when work can't wait we leave written interim instructions on site.
Programs run on 12-month agreements at a monthly fee, priced at about what the same year of compliance costs bought one job at a time.
